Television actress Helly Shah has joined the cast of ‘Gullak Season 4’, marking the introduction of the first major female character since the show’s inception. Helly Shah will be playing a character named Preeti in ‘Gullak Season 4’ who is a doctor by profession. As per the trailer of the new season, it seems like Annu is going to fall in love with Preeti, and it will be interesting to see if she also reverts his feelings, making up for a sweet romantic angle in the show.
‘Gullak Season 4’ marks the debut of Helly in the OTT space. She is already a well-known name on television, known for her lead roles in shows like Swaragini, Devanshi, Ishq Mein Marjawan 2, and Alaxmi Ka Super Parivaar. Helly is a two-time Indian Television Academy Award winner and has also participated in the 9th season of the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

Helly Shah has given an interview talking about her experience of working on ‘Gullak Season 4’. The actress said that just like the rest of the audience, she has also admired the previous seasons of the show and she is looking forward to creating more memories on the sets of the series.
“My character’s name is Preeti, and she’s a doctor in the show. This is the first time a new female character is being introduced in the universe of Gullak, which makes me incredibly happy because Gullak is everyone’s favorite show. Like many others, I was in awe of the show, recognizing its quality and the kind of project I really wanted to be associated with,” Helly said.
She continued, “I look forward to working more and creating more memories in the upcoming seasons. I hope people accept me in this new character. They have always showered me with a lot of love, and this means a lot, especially because it’s my debut in the OTT space. There couldn’t be a more perfect show to make my debut with, and I genuinely hope people love it”.
