Hacks is back on Max with another exciting season after a long wait of two years. The series follows two comedians: Deborah Vance, a veteran stand-up comedy diva who has to reinvent herself, and Ava, a young comedy writer who struggles to find work. Hacks Season 3: How and When to Watch?
Hacks Season 3 is going to premiere on Max (formerly HBO Max) on May 2nd, 2024. New episodes of the show will be dropped at 6:00 pm PT / 9:00 pm ET on Thursdays. Hacks Season 3: What is the Season About?
The new season picks up a year after the events of season 2. Deborah Vance is now coming fresh off the success of her latest comedy stand-up in Las Vegas, while Ava is trying to get new opportunities in Los Angeles. “A year after parting, Deborah Vance is riding high off the success of her standup special while Ava pursues new opportunities back in Los Angeles,” says the official synopsis of the season.
Hacks Season 3: Who Stars in It?
The season sees Jean Smart and Hannah Einbinder reprising their roles as Deborah Vance and Ava Daniels respectively. The show also stars Carl Clemons-Hopkins as Marcus, Megan Stalter as Kayla, Paul W. Downs as Jimmy LuSaque, Kaitlin Olson as Deborah “DJ” Vance Jr., Christopher McDonald as Marty Ghilain, Mark Indelicato as Damien, and Rose Abdoo as Josefina. Hacks season 3 is also going to feature guest appearances by a number of stars including Helen Hunt, Christina Hendricks, George Wallace, Christopher Lloyd, Tony Goldwyn, and Dan Bucatinsky.
